Cutting precision
A 45° or 60° angle requires precise preparation of every element.
We manufacture and install oak French chevron 45° and Hungarian chevron 60° in Wrocław. 13 mm engineered construction, over 150 colours and a format matched to the interior and underfloor heating.
French and Hungarian chevron create a characteristic V line thanks to precise angled cutting of the short sides. The French 45° version gives a stronger, more dynamic drawing, while the Hungarian 60° version leads the pattern more calmly and broadly.
As a wooden floor manufacturer, we match width, length, wood grade, texture and colour to the scale of the room. We also provide measurement, substrate preparation and herringbone installation in Wrocław and throughout Poland.
Chevron guides the eye well and works strongly in spaces with a long viewing axis.
The same layout can look completely different depending on colour, grade and finish. Light shades visually open the space, while dark tones highlight geometry and a more representative character.
Both patterns belong to the chevron family, but they build the interior’s proportions and rhythm differently. The angle should be matched to room width, viewing axes and the desired effect.

A sharper V and more dynamic rhythm. It works well in representative living rooms, apartments and interiors where the floor should be a strong design feature.

A wider V, calmer line and more fluid rhythm. It organises long viewing axes and spacious living zones well.
Ask about Hungarian chevronThe chevron pattern reveals every deviation. That is why repeatable left and right elements, an exact 45° or 60° angle, the correct installation axis and a flat, stable substrate matter.
A 45° or 60° angle requires precise preparation of every element.
The engineered construction limits wood movement during temperature changes.
Engineered chevron glued to the substrate works well with underfloor heating when the installation and screed are properly prepared.
We match stairs, skirting and thresholds to the pattern and colour of the floor.
We make Comfort Plus French and Hungarian chevron as a 13 mm engineered board: 4 mm oak layer and 9 mm water-resistant birch plywood. The construction limits wood movement and is suitable for installation on underfloor heating.

About the difference between patterns, interior optics and how chevron works with light and architecture.
In the Comfort Plus showroom at Braniborska Street in Wrocław, you can compare French chevron 45° and Hungarian chevron 60°, view colour samples and match width, length and wood grade to the project.
We provide a complete service: measuring moisture and flatness of the substrate, preparing the laying plan, producing left and right elements, delivery, gluing to the substrate and finishing skirting, thresholds and stairs in the same colour.
We are responsible for both material and installation. Thanks to our own production, we can keep the same colour and texture on the floor, stairs and finishing details.
Key information before choosing angle, format and installation method.
French chevron has elements cut at 45° and creates a sharper, more dynamic V. Hungarian chevron uses a 60° angle, so its line is wider, calmer and more fluid.
Yes. The 13 mm engineered construction, full bonding to the substrate and properly prepared installation allow both patterns to be safely used on underfloor heating.
In smaller rooms a finer rhythm works well, while longer and wider elements look better in large living rooms and open day zones. Selection also depends on the laying axis and interior proportions.
Yes. We produce floors and make stairs in the same colour palette, texture and matte level, so the wood creates a coherent whole throughout the interior.
French and Hungarian chevron are available in over 150 colours from our own production and in Select/Natur, Standard and Rustic grades, with a smooth or brushed surface.
