Are vinyl floors suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes. Click and glue-down collections can be installed on underfloor heating according to the technical sheet, manufacturer instructions and heating system requirements.
Click or glue-down vinyl — which should you choose?
Click is good for quick renovations and floating installation. Glue-down has lower thermal resistance, works stably on large areas and allows precise zone transitions.
Can vinyl be installed in kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes, but flooring does not replace waterproofing. A dry, level subfloor, correct expansion gaps and sealed details are important.
How level does the subfloor need to be?
The subfloor should be flat, dry, clean and stable. Manufacturer instructions specify a tolerance of 2 mm per 1 metre and 1 mm per 20 cm.
What is the warranty?
For products with a 0.55 mm wear layer, documentation provides 25 years domestic and 10 years commercial warranty, subject to installation and use conditions.
Does Comfort Plus prepare the subfloor?
Yes. The scope may include moisture measurement, levelness assessment, sanding, priming and self-levelling compound.
